Multi-Provider Framework for Pension Administration Support Services

Norfolk County Council, on behalf of itself and multiple Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administering authorities, is seeking specialist operational support providers for pension administration services. This Multi-Provider Framework Agreement will be split into Lots and is open to LGPS administering authorities across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including those managing Firefighters' and Police Pension Schemes, as well as NILGOSC, the Pension Protection Fund, the Local Government Association, and other public-sector pension scheme managers. The framework enables participating authorities and their employing bodies to access support services on a collective basis. Contracts awarded will have a maximum duration of 5 years, with all contracts expiring by 10 January 2036. This is an opportunity for suppliers to provide specialist pension administration support to multiple public-sector pension funds simultaneously through a single framework agreement.
