Scaffolding Services Contractor - Supply, Erection, and Dismantling

Aspire is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, erect, and dismantle scaffolding for planned maintenance and responsive repairs across their entire operational area. The scope includes scaffolding systems up to a maximum of 4 storeys high. The contractor must ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations, including CISRS scaffolding qualifications, working at height certification, and compliance with TG20:21 and SG Guidance. Responsibilities include maintaining high safety and performance standards throughout the contract period. This is a 3-year contract with an optional 2-year extension, with an anticipated start date of June 2026.
