    Brief

This is a four-session, two-day in-person leadership development programme for the Executive Committee (ExCo), delivered by Aspect. The programme builds on an initial strategic reset and aims to sustain momentum while embedding organisational changes. Each workshop will provide a structured forum for ExCo to review progress against agreed priorities, address emerging issues, maintain strategic alignment, and strengthen decision-making. Sessions will be tailored in advance with the CEO to ensure relevance to the organisation's current needs. Each workshop combines facilitated input, group discussion, and concludes with documented decisions and assigned actions. Deliverables include pre-workshop briefing materials and post-workshop summary notes. Aspect's continuity as the delivery partner is essential—they already understand the organisation's context, have established trust with the team, and can build directly on the foundations laid during the initial reset without requiring a new mobilisation period. Changing suppliers would risk losing momentum, duplicating discovery work, and compromising the coherence of the programme.
