Removal, Recycling and Storage Services

This contract provides removal, storage, and associated services for goods from council properties and facilities. Services include: removal of items left by tenants or unauthorized occupants in accordance with housing regulations; relocation of furniture and IT equipment within and between council offices, schools, and other council-owned buildings; and specialized removal services for vulnerable adults through Adult Social Care teams. The contractor will manage collection, temporary storage, and appropriate disposal or recycling of various items. This is an essential service supporting council operations, compliance with housing legislation, and community care needs.
