Marine Work Services Contractor for Ards and North Down Borough Council

Ards and North Down Borough Council (ANDBC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide marine work services across its five harbours: Groomsport, Donaghadee, Ballywalter, Ballyhalbert, and Portaferry (Cook St). The Council operates these harbours and maintains numerous navigational aids throughout the surrounding coastal area. While the Council's internal harbour team handles routine operations, this contract will cover specialized maintenance tasks that require expert skills or equipment. Work includes both planned maintenance projects and emergency reactive maintenance. The successful contractor will support the Council's operations and ensure safe, efficient harbour functioning. Suppliers should have demonstrated experience in marine maintenance, harbour operations, and coastal navigation aid servicing.
