Renal Replacement Therapy Equipment, Consumables and Services Framework

NHS Supply Chain is establishing a National Framework Agreement to supply renal replacement therapy equipment, consumables, and services. The framework covers haemodialysis (in-centre and satellite facilities), home haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapies, apheresis services, and potentially managed services. Procurement is expected to commence in January 2027. Interested suppliers must meet specific requirements including: ISO 9001:2015 or BS EN ISO 13485:2016 certification (or equivalent accreditation); CE certification and Declaration of Conformity where applicable; Modern Slavery statement on website (for organisations with £36m+ annual turnover); Modern Slavery Assessment Tool score of 41% or above; Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment Level 1; Carbon Reduction Plan meeting PPN 006 requirements; and Cyber Security Essentials Plus Certificate (if handling patient data or providing IT systems). Expression of interest via the e-Procurement Portal is required before the formal request for information is issued.
