Private Sector Partner Appointment for Old Oak Regeneration Project

Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) is seeking a Private Sector Partner (PSP) to deliver a major mixed-use urban regeneration project across 31 hectares of brownfield land in West London. The successful partner will work with OPDC through a long-term Joint Venture to oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of the development. The project will deliver approximately 8,000 homes (including affordable housing), up to 200,000 square metres of commercial and community space, a new canal-side neighbourhood, a major town centre, community facilities, parks, and open spaces. The site is anchored by the new Old Oak Common station where High Speed 2, the Elizabeth line, the Great Western Mainline, and Heathrow Express converge, positioning Old Oak as a major gateway between London and the rest of the country. OPDC has completed early market engagement with two rounds of one-to-one meetings held between November 2024 and February 2025; documents and engagement outcomes are available on the procurement portal.
