Brief

The Trust seeks an experienced design delivery partner to advance design development to RIBA Stage 3 for Luton CDC Phase 2, a new-build healthcare facility. The partner must support submission of a Full Business Case (FBC) to NHS England by January 2027. Phase 2 will be constructed adjacent to the Phase 1 development with a total Gross Internal Area of approximately 2,200 square metres. The successful partner should have a nationally recognised track record in delivering healthcare projects and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the Trust's Redevelopment Team and clinical colleagues. Given the accelerated timeline, the partner must be pragmatic, flexible, and capable of rapid progression through design stages while maintaining quality and stakeholder engagement.
