Outdoor Residential Education and Duke of Edinburgh Award Expeditions

This procurement seeks qualified suppliers to provide three types of outdoor educational experiences: (1) outdoor residential education visits, (2) curriculum-based residential programs, and (3) Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions. The opportunity will award contracts to up to five suppliers for each of the three lots following a competitive evaluation process. The procurement will be conducted through the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T) using a single-stage open procedure. All bidders must self-certify compliance with participation conditions via the Standard Procurement Document (SPD) and may be required to provide proof of qualifications before contract award. Specific requirements are detailed in Section III of the OJEU Contract Notice. All values exclude VAT.
