Repairs and Maintenance Services for Rushmoor Borough Council Properties

Rushmoor Borough Council is seeking an experienced contractor to deliver a term service contract for repairs and maintenance across its property portfolio in Aldershot, Farnborough and surrounding areas. The contract will initially cover 32 Council-owned properties including council offices, theatres, sports facilities, public conveniences, and community centres, though the scope may change as properties are acquired, disposed of, or become vacant. The contract encompasses responsive repair services (typically up to £10,000 per repair, averaging £200,000 annually) and optional capital project works (£10,000-£100,000, potentially £350,000-£700,000 annually). Core works must be delivered in-house and include general building works, carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, decorations, and grounds maintenance. The contractor must provide a same-day urgent repair facility and meet prescribed timescales outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
