Architectural Services for Youth Hub Pavilion Building Design and Project Management

Benson Parish Council is seeking an architectural practice to design and manage the redevelopment of a pavilion building site located on Sunnyside, adjacent to the Parish Hall. The new facility will serve as a youth hub and must include toilet facilities, a kitchen with internal and external serveries, storage space, an external disabled toilet, and open, airy interior spaces. The selected practice will be responsible for managing the project from initial design through completion and handover. Architectural firms located within 55 miles of the project site are invited to submit estimates for their services. This is an opportunity for established practices to lead a community-focused development project.
