    NHS South East London Integrated Care Board is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive wheelchair services for residents across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich. The service will offer clinically safe, person-centred care including wheelchair assessment, prescription, provision, fitting, adjustment, repair, maintenance and replacement for eligible adults and children. The successful provider will ensure equitable access across all three boroughs, reduce waiting times, and improve communication and outcomes through responsive, integrated support. Integration with wider community health, education and social care services is essential, particularly for children and young people, those with long-term conditions and complex postural needs. The contract emphasises value for money, service sustainability, continuous improvement and addressing health inequalities. Contract term: 5 years from 1 April 2027 to 1 April 2032, with optional 2-year extension. Annual contract value: £1.8 million to £2.2 million (5-year total: £9 million to £11 million; 7-year total: £12.6 million to £15.4 million).
