Independent Review and Recommendations for Delf House Reuse

The final deliverable must be a comprehensive report with a clear recommendation for the building's optimal future usage. This assignment requires experienced professionals capable of producing strategic, evidence-based recommendations. Please note that contract award is conditional upon budget approval by the Council.
