Integrated Security and Safety Systems for City of Portsmouth College - Martyn's Law Compliance

City of Portsmouth College is developing a comprehensive procurement strategy for an integrated security and safety system to meet anticipated requirements under Martyn's Law (Protect Duty). The college is seeking suppliers to support the specification, design, and delivery of this system. The solution is expected to include visitor management and control systems to monitor and regulate access; car park access and control systems for vehicle management; emergency alerting and evacuation (lockdown) systems to enable rapid response to security incidents; and integration with the college's existing infrastructure where applicable.
