DCG's Estates team is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake planned preventative maintenance work on the Plumbing Room Workshop and Classroom facilities at the Stephenson Building on the Roundhouse Campus. This project is part of DCG's annual maintenance program to ensure facilities meet safety and operational standards required for a Further Education campus environment. The successful contractor will be responsible for all alterations and maintenance work, which must comply with applicable UK regulations and be completed by 14 August 2026.
