Grocery and Frozen Food Supplier for Manchester Central Convention Complex

Manchester Central Convention Complex is seeking a contractor to supply groceries and frozen food products to multiple venues including the convention complex, junction facilities, town hall, central library, and visitors park. The successful supplier will provide high-quality products for all onsite catering operations including hospitality, banquets, conferences, and exhibitions. Key requirements include: consistent service across all sites with standardized delivery times; flexible ordering with capability for same-day and weekend deliveries; responsive supply chain to accommodate event-driven demand fluctuations; provision of alternative products of equivalent quality when requested quantities are unavailable; and participation in regular performance review meetings with the Executive Chef. The estimated annual spend is approximately £622,000 based on current consumption levels, though Manchester Central cannot guarantee these volumes.
