Ireland - Supply and Installation of Laboratory Equipment for SETU Research Centre (3 Lots)

This procurement opportunity seeks qualified suppliers to provide, deliver, install, and commission three lots of laboratory equipment for the SEAM Research Centre at Waterford Institute of Technology (SETU). Lot 1 involves supplying and installing a replacement High-Resolution X-Ray Computed Tomography (CT) System. Lot 2 requires provision of a High-Definition Bench-top Digital Microscope System. Lot 3 entails replacement of the detector for an existing GE VTomex L300 Industrial CT System. All equipment will be installed on the ground floor of SEAM facilities in the Applied Technology Building. The contracting authority will manage all necessary laboratory preparation and construction work. Winning suppliers must conduct a post-award site evaluation and provide recommendations on any required service modifications prior to delivery and installation, which can be performed remotely if needed. Suppliers must grant access to their facilities for factory acceptance testing (FAT) of the equipment, with testing witnessed by SETU representatives or documented via formal certification if in-person attendance is not feasible. Suppliers should confirm their ability to comply with all requirements, including site access coordination and testing protocols.
