Welsh Government Print Services Framework 2026-2027

The Welsh Government is seeking qualified print service providers for a framework agreement covering three specialized categories: Lot 1 focuses on high-volume commercial printing for public sector organizations across Wales; Lot 2 addresses medium to low-volume commercial printing needs; Lot 3 covers specialist services including print finishing, direct mail, transactional printing, and fulfillment operations. This framework will consolidate Welsh Government print procurement and enable efficient access to printing services across multiple departments and public bodies.
