Residential Care Provider for Children and Young People with Complex Needs

The Council seeks to contract with a single OFSTED-registered provider to operate a residential home serving up to three children and young people aged 7 years and above. The service will be delivered from the Council's existing properties at Chambersbury. This placement service is designed for children and young people with complex and challenging needs, including: trauma and attachment disorders; mental health conditions (including hospital step-downs); neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder; substance use issues; and those at risk from child criminal or sexual exploitation. The successful provider will deliver therapeutic, evidence-based care tailored to each child's individual needs and circumstances. This is a block contract arrangement offering stability and continuity of care.
