    Brief

    The Royal Artillery Museum is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide consulting services for a new museum development project near Larkhill Artillery Barracks in Wiltshire. The project aims to create a modern, sustainable museum and collection centre that will showcase the Royal Artillery's history and heritage while serving as a community destination. The Quantity Surveyor will support the project through RIBA Stages 2-7, beginning with the Development Phase (RIBA Stages 2-3), which includes design work, planning, surveys, exhibition design, and business planning. The Development Phase is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. A break clause is included after RIBA Stage 3, with continuation dependent on securing a Delivery Phase grant.
