    Brief

HMPPS (Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service), part of the Ministry of Justice, is seeking a Delivery Partner to support the Our Future Probation Service (OFPS) Programme. This programme is a key priority in the MoJ Justice Delivery Plan, designed to rebalance probation capacity and demand across England and Wales. The OFPS programme implements the Government's response to the Independent Sentencing Review, making probation services financially sustainable while maintaining public protection and reducing reoffending. The Delivery Partner will provide targeted operational support to accelerate and enable programme delivery. Responsibilities will include: project and programme management, service design facilitation, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, change management, internal and external communications, and quality assurance. This is a support and enablement role focused on execution rather than strategy setting. The role requires expertise in managing complex, large-scale public sector transformation programmes and working effectively across multiple government agencies.
