St Nicholas GFC Community Sports and Recreational Hall

This project involves the construction of a new Community Sports and Recreational Hall at St. Nicholas G.F.C., a 20m x 60m facility designed to serve the club and wider community. The scope of work includes: site preparation and substructure works; steel portal frame erection with metal purlins; insulated Kingspan Topdek roofing panels and roof completions; external block wall construction and finishes; internal wall finishes; 250mm hollow core floor slabs with 100mm structural screed; high-quality floating solid timber gymnasium floor suitable for sports and recreational activities; electrical and plumbing services installation; windows and doors; and external hard landscaping. The completed facility will provide a durable, functional indoor sports environment with professional-grade finishes and infrastructure.
