Lift Refurbishment and Replacement Works at Three Residential Buildings

The Council is seeking qualified contractors to undertake lift works across three residential properties. The project includes: refurbishment of the existing passenger lift at Gretton Court; replacement of the passenger lift at Wilton Court; and replacement of the passenger lift at Bradgate Flats. Suppliers should have experience in lift installation, refurbishment, and replacement works.
