Catering Services Contract for Welford-on-Avon Primary School

Welford-on-Avon Primary School is seeking a catering supplier to provide meal services for the school. The contract is valued at approximately £80,000 annually and will run for an initial three-year term from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, with an option to extend for a further three years by mutual agreement. The contract will operate on a guaranteed performance basis with a fixed annual return and/or subsidy. The school is a nursery to Year 6 primary school located near Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, with approximately 270 pupils and 35 staff members on site. Currently, 7% of pupils are eligible for Free School Meals. The school is a high-achieving rural primary and nursery setting that serves the local community and surrounding villages, with a Resource Provision on site supporting children with communication and interaction needs.
