Security and Front of House Services Contract for Lancashire County Council

Lancashire County Council seeks qualified security service providers to deliver comprehensive manned guarding and front of house concierge services across multiple locations throughout Lancashire. The contract covers a range of core security services including static guarding, access control and door supervision, mobile patrols (foot and vehicle), event security, K9 handler services, key holding, alarm response, and reactive security work. Front of house and security concierge services are also required, along with transport safety officers for public transport operations. Additional specialist services such as close protection officers and security consultancy will be commissioned on an ad hoc basis as needed. The contract serves multiple departments within the council including Facilities Management, Property Services, Estates, Waste Management, and Highways & Transport. Services will be called off individually by each service area as required through purchase orders or works orders in the council's PAMS system. Suppliers should be capable of delivering flexible, scalable security solutions across diverse locations and use cases.
