Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Contractor Framework

Livv Housing Group is establishing a multi-lot contractor framework to deliver responsive repairs and maintenance services across their housing portfolio of approximately 13,000 homes. The framework covers 19 service areas including joinery, roofing, plumbing, electrical, gas, heating systems, damp proofing, drainage, structural works, and specialist services such as solar installations and air source heat pumps. The primary service area is Knowsley with potential expansion throughout the Liverpool City Region and the broader North West. This is a 4-year framework agreement, and the number of contractors selected will depend on the quality of submissions and demonstrated capability to meet Livv Housing Group's requirements. Interested suppliers should be prepared to deliver responsive repairs on a call-out basis to support the Group's ongoing maintenance operations.
