    Brief

University of Limerick seeks two distinct instruments to support autonomous systems research and teaching. Lot 1: A Mobile Robot Motion Capture System to track and localize aerial, ground, and surface robotic platforms in real-time within an indoor laboratory environment. The system must deliver high-accuracy, low-latency 3D positional and orientation data for multiple simultaneous vehicles, enabling research in multi-agent robotics, autonomous navigation, and human-robot interaction. Lot 2: A Compact Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV) equipped for hydrographic surveys in shallow inshore waters, rivers, and lakes. The ASV should support both autonomous and remote-controlled operations with multibeam sonar bathymetric mapping and water-quality profiling capabilities, providing a portable platform for coastal, estuarine, and inland environmental data collection. Both systems will support research, teaching, and industrial collaboration at University of Limerick.
