Communal Heating and Hot Water System Upgrade at Mittell Court

This is an awarded contract for the upgrade of communal heating and hot water systems at Mittell Court in Folkestone. The project involves removing the existing heating and hot water plant and replacing it with a more energy-efficient system. All ten flats within the residential block will benefit from the upgraded communal heating system. The contract was awarded via Further Competition under Lot 6 (Commercial Heating) of Fusion21's Heating, Renewables & Electricals Framework (2024/S 000-003257). The award decision was made on 28 April, and the contract was fully executed on 10 July. This project focuses on improving energy efficiency and reducing utility costs for the residents while modernizing the building's heating infrastructure.
