Railway Supply Chain Skills Assessment for Great British Railways

The consultant will identify current capability gaps, forecast future skill shortages, assess the workforce capacity and training needs across the sector, and evaluate how these gaps could impact project delivery timelines and operational resilience. This work will inform strategic planning, supply chain development initiatives, and investment decisions to ensure the railway infrastructure maintenance and renewal pipeline can be successfully executed.
