Integrated Glove Box-Linked Dual ALD Reactor System with Ellipsometer for Tyndall, UCC

Tyndall National Institute at University College Cork seeks suppliers to deliver, install, commission, calibrate, and validate an integrated Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) system. The system comprises four interconnected components: (1) ALD Reactor 1 optimized for 2D dichalcogenide deposition with chalcogen-based precursor chemistries; (2) ALD Reactor 2 configured for metal oxide films with oxygen-rich processes; (3) Glove Box Module providing inert atmosphere control that connects both reactors for contamination-free sample transfer; and (4) In-situ/Ex-situ Ellipsometer for real-time thin-film thickness and optical property characterization. The tenderer must ensure complete system integration, compatibility, and full operational readiness. This integrated platform will enable advanced thin-film deposition research and real-time process monitoring for next-generation materials development.
