Expert Witness Reports for Housing Condition Claims

South Tyneside Council is seeking a qualified contractor to provide expert witness reports for housing condition claims. The council manages 17,000 domestic properties and must respond to claims in accordance with the Pre-action Protocol for Housing Condition Claims (England). The selected contractor will conduct detailed inspections of reported defects and produce a comprehensive Expert Witness report and Scott Schedule that complies with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules, which will be used as evidence in court.
