Responsibilities include assessing energy needs, negotiating competitive rates with suppliers, and providing ongoing support, including bill validation. The broker must have expertise in the utility sector and be able to find cost-effective energy solutions. Key requirements include: - Securing a one-year fixed supply agreement for electricity or gas for 200+ properties. - Managing the energy procurement process, including negotiations and contract management. - Providing ongoing support for utility-related inquiries during the contract period. - Complying with all relevant energy sector regulations.
