Online Assistive Technology and Workplace Inclusion Training

The Authority is seeking a qualified training provider to deliver online training programs and coaching services that support staff members who require workplace accommodations or inclusive support measures. Services should include: (1) assistive technology training to help staff use adaptive tools and software; (2) disability awareness programs for managers and colleagues to promote an inclusive workplace culture; and (3) workplace coaching to help employees develop coping strategies and maximize their performance. The provider should have experience in adult learning, accessibility best practices, and delivering content remotely.
