Consultancy Services for Project Management – Framework Agreement for Providing Consultancy Support – Implementation of Strengthened Preparedness Program at Evida

Evida has initiated a significant LOSB program (Law on Strengthened Preparedness - previously NIS2 program) in 2024 to meet the requirements of the Law on Strengthened Preparedness and Executive Order No. 260 of March 6, 2025, regarding resilience and preparedness. The focus is on enhancing security and ensuring that the overall maturity of the organization is improved (the 'Supply Security Program'). The Supply Security Program for implementing the requirements of the Law on Strengthened Preparedness and Executive Order No. 260 of March 6, 2025, in the energy sector is now entering the next phase; embedding within the organization, mitigation, and compliance. This is of great significance for Evida as an organization. There will be increased demands for access to resources, more cross-disciplinary dependencies, and the implementation of new methods for managing and handling risks. In this context, Evida requires external assistance from experienced professionals who can manage such leadership and organizational changes and possess the expertise to help the organization achieve the desired value from this implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Law on Strengthened Preparedness and Executive Order No. 260 of March 6, 2025, in the energy sector. The Supply Security Program will be based on various workstreams belonging to different professional areas, focusing on embedding the identified activities, building new functions, and complying with the agreed requirements and directions within the organization. The framework agreement will be awarded to one (1) supplier.
