Brief
The contracting authority is acting as a Central Purchaser and is procuring the subject of this public contract for itself (in accordance with § 9 paragraph 7 of the Public Procurement Act) and for the Authorizing Purchaser, which is: ResponoCom, s.r.o., located at Cukrovarská 486/16, Vyškov-Město, 682 01 Vyškov, ID: 10828001, VAT: CZ10828001. This public contract is divided into three parts: - Part 1: Superstructures (also referred to as "Part 1") - Part 2: Chassis (also referred to as "Part 2") - Part 3: Accessories (also referred to as "Part 3") The subject of the fulfillment, which will be realized based on a framework agreement, includes ongoing supplies of regular and extraordinary vehicle and accessory servicing, including the supply of individual spare parts according to the current needs of the contracting authority. The maintenance work includes, in particular, the following activities: • performing vehicle repairs and conducting interval servicing of vehicles (or their accessories) in the contracting authority's fleet, • diagnostics of faults, • repairs of superstructures, built-ins, or accessories. The composition of the vehicle fleet and accessories for each part of the public contract is specified in Appendices 4 and 5 together for Part 1 and Part 2, and in Appendix 6 for Part 3. The contracting authority indicates that changes in the vehicle fleet and accessories may occur during the fulfillment of the public contract. The contracting authority warns that the following activities are not included in the maintenance work: a) Warranty repairs of vehicles or accessories, including warranty repairs performed based on the warranties of individual suppliers; b) Repairs of vehicles or accessories that require execution by an authorized service. The contracting authority reserves the right to utilize other offered services related to vehicle maintenance, if the relevant supplier offers them (e.g., vehicle washing, etc.). Detailed conditions for fulfilling the public contract are specified in the binding Template of the framework agreement relevant for each part, see Appendix 7 for Part 1, Appendix 8 for Part 2, and Appendix 9 for Part 3.
