Integrated Housing and Asset Management System

Your Housing Group Limited is seeking a qualified supplier to provide an Integrated Housing and Asset Management System to replace multiple existing software solutions for housing management, asset management, and customer relationship management (CRM). This is a multi-stage competitive procurement under the Procurement Act 2023. The system should consolidate operations onto a modern, cloud-based platform with responsive browser design to enable flexible mobile and remote working. Key requirements include: excellent self-service capabilities for customers and residents; high standards of security, penetration testing, and cloud compliance; and integration of modern ICT practices.
