Chichester College Group seeks one or more suppliers through an open procurement under the Procurement Act 2023 to provide integrated recruitment solutions. The opportunity comprises two lots: Lot 1 requires online job board advertising services to promote vacancies, attract candidates, and provide performance reporting; Lot 2 requires online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and right to work verification services, including digital identity validation and compliance monitoring. All services must integrate seamlessly with the Group's Reach Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support the complete recruitment lifecycle. The contract will support recruitment activity across multiple sites and departments, with the goal of improving operational efficiency, candidate experience, and regulatory compliance. Suppliers can bid for one or both lots.
