This contract opportunity is divided into two parts: Part 1 involves cleaning services for all areas of the GDDKiA office building in Katowice, including regular cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and window washing, scheduled at specific times. It also includes maintaining cleanliness of the external area around the building located at 5 Myśliwska Street, Katowice. Part 2 covers minor maintenance services for GDDKiA in Katowice, including locksmith work, general construction, electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance of heating installations. Services will be performed at the GDDKiA office building at 5 Myśliwska Street, Katowice, and other locations including the Road Technology and Quality Department Laboratory at 6 Drogowców Street, Jaworzno, and the Road Information Point/Highway Management Center in Zabrze at 1 Chudowska Street.
