Brief
This contract involves the procurement of brand new, specialized equipment for processing and recycling glass. The specified configuration of machines and devices should allow for the expansion of the existing glass recycling line at the buyer's facility in Marszów, including a module identical to the existing one (to increase efficiency), a module for recovering glass from the 3-10 mm fraction, and a quality control module. All required machines and devices must be suitable for working with glass cullet.
General requirements for the machines and devices include:
1) They must be brand new, produced no later than 2025.
2) All components and parts of the machines and devices must be new and unused.
3) They cannot be prototype devices. The buyer requires the delivery of machines and devices that are available on the market in the offered configuration, and their quality must be confirmed by end users in practical operation, with the specific model having been produced and sold in at least two units in the specified configuration.
4) They cannot be demonstration devices used for presentations or tests, except for tests conducted in the manufacturer's quality control department.
5) The devices must be complete, equipped, and prepared for safe installation, connection, configuration, and operation.
6) The devices must allow integration with a central control system compatible with the existing control and safety system at the facility.
7) The offered devices must come from a single manufacturer or a group of manufacturers that are financially or organizationally linked, ensuring unified responsibility for the completeness of the delivery.
8) All devices must be covered by a 24-month warranty.
