The contract involves the preparation of the Special Plan and Construction Project for a new metro station on Line 10, located in the Campamento neighborhood of Madrid. The project will include the execution of the new station. Key tasks include: - Developing the Special Plan in accordance with the guidelines outlined in Articles 50 and 67.1 of Law 9/2001, dated July 17, on Land Use in the Community of Madrid, along with any applicable urban, environmental, and sectoral regulations.
