Telecommunications Services for Mobile Networks

This procurement opportunity involves providing public voice, mixed, and data services, along with supplementary and auxiliary services in a mobile electronic communication network, both domestically and internationally (roaming). It includes the supply of electronic cards (SIM cards) for using these services. The procurement covers subscriber numbers that the user has contracted with the current operator and will continue to use, as well as new subscriber numbers needed by the user during the duration of the framework agreement. If the contractor is not the current operator, they will transfer all subscriber numbers contracted with the previous operator, upon written request from the user, to their mobile electronic communication network, in accordance with the applicable regulations on number portability.
