Digital Transformation of Healthcare Services in Poland

The procurement process aims to deliver services funded under the project "Accelerating Digital Transformation in Healthcare through the Development of Digital Services at the Nowodworskie Medical Center in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki" as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. This project focuses on enhancing the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the healthcare system. The contract is divided into three packages: 1. Package 1 involves the supply, expansion, and integration of IT systems, digitization of medical documentation, and implementation of AI solutions. 2. Package 2 includes the supply and modernization of IT infrastructure and actions to enhance the hospital's cybersecurity. 3. Package 3 focuses on the implementation of AI solutions. Detailed specifications are provided in the attachments to the procurement documents. The minimum warranty period for IT equipment in Package 2 is 24 months, while Package 1 requires a warranty of 36 months, starting from the acceptance protocol date. All offered goods must comply with Polish and EU laws, be approved for circulation, and meet the necessary standards and requirements outlined in the procurement documents. The products must adhere to Polish standards that align with European standards or, in their absence, European technical approvals and specifications. Additionally, the contractor is required to submit a bid security as specified in the procurement documents.
