Romania - Electrical Installation Works - Design and Execution of 'Photovoltaic Park'

This procurement involves the design and execution of a 'Photovoltaic Park'. Detailed descriptions of the work can be found in the specifications document included in this procurement documentation. Suppliers can request clarifications regarding the procurement documentation until 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Clarification requests should be submitted through the S.E.A.P. The contracting authority has set two deadlines for responding to all clarification requests. The first response deadline is 20 days before the submission deadline, allowing economic operators to submit clarification requests until 27 days before the submission deadline. The second response deadline is 11 days before the submission deadline. These two response deadlines do not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests throughout the entire period from the announcement of participation until the deadline of 18 days before the submission deadline set by the contracting authority. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests from economic operators, the contracting authority reserves the right to publish responses to clarifications at the second deadline established in the procurement documentation.
