The software must be available in Hungarian, without licensing restrictions, and legally compliant by the time of the first delivery. The parameterization software will be transferred to the joint buyers upon payment as per the framework agreement. The buyer will verify the parameters provided by the supplier against the sample product. The supplier is required to submit product information and manufacturer descriptions in their offer. The supplier must submit a professional offer as part of their proposal (detailed requirements are included in the procurement documents and technical description). The buyer emphasizes that the complete absence of these documents cannot be rectified. Failure to submit the entire professional offer will result in the invalidation of the proposal.
