Supply of Cold Mix Asphalt for Road Repairs in the Czech Republic

This procurement opportunity involves the supply of cold mix asphalt in three different specifications as required by the contracting authority. The specifications include: a) Cold mix asphalt that may contain emulsifiers or solvents, which must be workable at temperatures up to 5°C and can be stored for at least 6 months without special measures. The material should not form clumps and must be easily spreadable with a shovel. It will be delivered in packages of up to 25 kg in plastic bags or buckets, on standard pallets. b) Modified cold mix asphalt without solvents or hazardous volatile substances, which must be fully workable in winter conditions (down to -10°C) and can be stored for up to 2 years without losing its properties. It will be delivered in optional grain sizes of 0/4 or 0/8 mm, either as loose mix or in packages of up to 25 kg. c) Reactive polymer-based cold mix asphalt without solvents, which must allow for functional application under adverse weather conditions. The material will be delivered in waterproof packaging for easy handling and can be stored for at least 9 months without losing its quality. Additional materials for joint sealing will also be included in the delivery.
