The contract involves hiring a consulting firm to assist with the digital transformation of the Environment Department at BEP. This transformation is necessary due to the replacement of the existing application and compliance with the NIS2 directive. The project consists of four key phases: 1. Analyzing the current processes, applications, and functional needs; 2. Defining the target model, which includes optimized processes, application architecture, data management, and an implementation roadmap; 3. Assisting in the selection and implementation of target digital solutions that align with BEP's IT strategies; 4. Supporting change management using tailored methods suitable for the Environment Department.
