Procurement of Photocopiers and Related Services in France

This procurement opportunity is part of a collaborative purchasing group governed by the provisions of Ordinance No. 2015-899 dated July 23, 2015, involving SNA, the city of Vernon, C.I.A.S. SNA, OTCSNA, and C.C.A.S. of Vernon. SNA is responsible for managing the competitive bidding process on behalf of all group members, signing, and notifying the framework agreement. Each member will handle the execution of services relevant to them. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot being awarded separately.
