Supply of Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Related Advertising Services

This contract involves the ongoing supply of carbonated and non-carbonated non-alcoholic beverages from a selected manufacturer, along with advertising and promotion of these beverages and the manufacturer's brand at the facilities of P.G.K. Termy Uniejów Sp. z o.o. in Uniejów. Key details include: 1. The maximum value for the purchase of beverages during the contract period is 1,280,000 PLN net. 2. The beverages sought include: - Carbonated mineral water in glass (0.33L) and plastic (0.5L) bottles; - Other carbonated drinks in glass (0.2L) and plastic (0.5L) bottles; - Non-carbonated mineral water in glass (0.33L) and plastic (0.5L) bottles; - Other non-carbonated drinks in glass (0.2L) and plastic (0.5L) bottles; - Fresh fruit juices in glass (0.2L), plastic (0.33L), and 1L packages; - Carbonated drink concentrates in 5L and 20L containers; - Isotonic drinks in 0.25L packages; - Energy drinks in 0.5L packages. 3. Offers must include all items listed in the pricing form. 4. The contractor must provide a one-time payment for advertising and promotion of the selected manufacturer's non-alcoholic beverages at the facilities, with the amount declared in the offer, payable in two installments: - The first installment of at least 75% of the offered advertising and promotion fee is payable within 30 days of signing the contract, based on an invoice issued by the buyer within 7 days of signing. - The second installment of 25% is payable by the end of the first quarter of 2026, based on an invoice issued by the buyer. 5. The buyer will issue a VAT invoice for the above payment within 7 days. 6. The buyer's fee for advertising and promotion of the selected manufacturer's non-alcoholic beverages will be a percentage of the net value of the purchased goods, payable quarterly based on an invoice issued by the buyer.
