Consulting Services for Medical Research

This contract involves providing comprehensive consulting and administrative services related to conducting medical experiments, clinical trials, and scientific research commissioned by both domestic and foreign entities for the University Clinical Center. The contractor will be responsible for several key consulting services, including: 1. Full legal verification of contracts for conducting medical experiments, clinical trials, and scientific research, as well as partnership agreements and confidentiality agreements. 2. Negotiating contract terms with domestic and foreign entities commissioning the University Clinical Center to participate in medical experiments, clinical trials, and scientific research. 3. Supporting the Head of the Clinical and Scientific Research Department in preparing documents and opinions related to the functioning of the department. 4. Representing the University Clinical Center in meetings with representatives of domestic and foreign entities regarding contract negotiations for conducting medical experiments, clinical trials, and scientific research, including with the Medical Research Agency. 5. The average negotiation time for a clinical trial agreement during the contract period will determine the compensation for negotiations, categorized as follows: up to 60 days, 60-90 days, or over 90 days. 6. Reviewing other contracts related to the implementation of clinical research or its components by the University Clinical Center.
