Orders will be placed as needed, depending on the buyer's requirements and available funding. The selected supplier must deliver the specified vehicles (make/type/version/trade name) as per their submitted offer. Detailed technical requirements for the vehicles are outlined in attachments 5A and 5B. The purpose of the vehicles is also specified in these attachments. In case of discrepancies in the documentation, the requirements in any document are binding. The supplier must notify the buyer of any errors in the documentation. The supplier is responsible for the proper execution of the contract, including timely delivery until all obligations are fulfilled.
